Cindy has been a licensed 2-20 agent since 1975. She holds a 2-18 license and has worked in the Agency Business since 1970.  Cindy was a recipient of J. Edwin Larson Foundation Insurance Scholarship while attending F.S.U.  She coordinates Commercial Lines operations and Risk Management.  Cindy joined the company in 1981.

Kristen first obtained her 2-20 license in 1976 and 1-20 license for Surplus Lines in 1999.  She has worked in the Agency Business since 1971.  She was recipient of J. Edwin Larson Foundation Insurance Scholarship while attending F.S.U.  Kris leads Business Operations, Company Relations and Management.   Kris joined the company in 1984.

Vicki joined A.R.C. in 1985 and began training as as Commercial Lines Clerical Assistant. She was promoted to Customer Service Representative and in 1992 was promoted to the position of Commercial Lines Manager. She obtained her 4-40 license in October, 1992 and her 2-20 in December of 1996.

Adam provides leadership and supervises operations within our Personal lines Division while working hand in hand with our customers.  He has been with A.R.C. since early 2006 and is a licensed 2-20 and 4-40 agent.  Goals and accomplishments under his leadership rank our Agency among the top ten retail agents in the Tampa Bay Area.

Allison started her insurance career with A.R.C. in 1999 she obtained her 2-20 license that year. She worked as a Commercial Lines CSR from 1999 to 2004 and became a full time Producer/Agent at that time.

Bill purchased controlling interest in Alley Rehbaum and Capes in June 1961. He was a 2-20 Licensed agent since May 1961 and a 1-20 (surplus lines) agent since June 1965.  He was Chief Executive Officer of Alley, Rehbaum and Capes and Northeast Underwriters, Inc. and was active in many areas of community and civic affairs.

With extensive experience as a business owner and operator, Dan assisted with building, financial, and personnel decisions for many years in addition to developing the A.R.C. website.  He officially became the Accounting Finance Manager in March of 2008 and was promoted to CFO within one year's time.
